Job Type: Part-time, must be availabile nights and weekends

Created for individuals who balance active and everyday life, OTG is about being "on the go" without compromising comfort or style. We are opening our new store in Columbiana Mall and are looking for passionate, energetic individuals to join our team as **In-Store Brand Ambassadors**!
Position Overview:
As an OTG Athleisure In-Store Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in representing our brand by delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will engage with customers, provide product knowledge, and embody the OTG lifestyle. This role requires a passion for fashion, fitness, and an active lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Help them find products that suit their style and active needs.
- Product Knowledge: Be a brand expert. Share insights on our athleisure collection, from fabric technology to styling tips.
- Brand Representation: Embody the OTG Athleisure brand, promoting a healthy, active, and fashionable lifestyle.
- Sales Support: Assist customers with product selection, fitting rooms, and completing purchases.
- Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- **Event Participation:** Support in-store events, promotions, and giveaways as part of the grand opening and future marketing activities.
- Social Media Promotion: Help promote in-store events and products through personal social media networks to boost store traffic.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Quality athleisure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
