FREE SHIPPING ON ORDER OVER $100

We utilize USPS and UPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 72 hours to process your order and ship it out if you chose Free Shipping.

You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to info@theotgshop.com.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Orders placed with free shipping can arrive between 1-7 days after shipping. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code. 

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of shipping company. It is the responsibility of the shipping company  to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.
